Some plans and pictures on this website may show or display items which may or may not be included within the final sale price of the cabins, cottages, and plans displayed.  These items may be shown for illustration purposes only, and the final list of included items with each cabin or cottage lists those items agreed to between the customer and OutBack Cabins at the time of sale, and at a mutually agreed price.

In some cases where certain models of cabins are shipped by road, and where they exceed the load width conditions for the jurisdiction concerned, the cabin roofing material and ceiling insulation may have to be installed onsite.
